"Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?"
"She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world." John 11:26-27

Sometimes, we need to stop and remember what it's all about. Life, death, love, faith, confession, submission--what is the purpose of it all?
These verses truly sum up what is all boils down to. The meaning of life, if you will, is to know and believe in who Jesus Christ is, was and ever shall be.
Jesus is the source and origin of resurrection for His people. He is the fountain of living water. He is messiah, He is the Christ. He is the Son of God and the Word of God. He is the author of our faith and the guarantee of our eternity.
His burden on us is so easy to bear. If we have been given the faith to believe, then we are assured that we shall never die (spiritually...we still have the sinful flesh that must either die or be changed at the rapture.)
As we seek to walk with our Savior today, let's be thankful for the greatest gifts we could ever receive: forgiveness of our sins, a new life in Jesus and a new way unto the presence of YHWH.
Grace and Peace....
